About

An IP and royalties representative.

DGI Group Inc. acts for rights holders. We place intellectual property, arrange the license, and look after the royalty. We also review companies and help them find IP, grants, funding, and patent candidates.

A deep green disc, a brass arc, and a brass half-coin.

We represent the holder, we arrange the royalty, and we help companies see the intellectual property they already have.

The representation

A rights holder asks DGI to place a right and look after what it earns. The license names the use and the royalty. When the term ends, the permission ends. The examples page shows the kinds of patents, designs, and trademarks this work covers. Titles and numbers only.

The review

An audit is a reading of a company’s own work: products, software, brands, research, and the contracts that already touch those rights. The output is a findings note, including places where a grant, funding path, or patent candidate may fit.

How to read this site

Commercial description, not counsel

Every page describes the commercial work DGI does. Nothing here is legal advice, an offer to act as your lawyer, or a statement that a right is valid, enforceable, or free of other claims. Names of public programs, such as SBIR and STTR, are examples of the kind of program an audit may point to. DGI does not run those programs.
